We carry out an initial inspection of the premises to identify if there are any ongoing infestations.
We then build a bespoke pest control plan to deal with any infestations or problems; putting together any necessary actions to be taken by you and us to deal with any problems and putting a preventative plan in place for the future.
We will set up a service contract, which will include:
- Carrying out a full risk assessment
- Sighting of lockable rodent (rat or mouse) bait stations and insect monitors
- Site Plans
- Supplying a pest control folder with pest control reports for each visit, health and safety notices and COSHH reports.
- Included in the contract is all labour, rodenticide, insecticide, and emergency call-outs.
- Pest control contract visits will be made according to the requirements of the customer and re-infestation risks involved.
